Post warranty service and support

We provide post warranty service and support for HP Inc. and Hewlett-Packard Enterprise equipment. See the post-warranty rates.

Based on our engineers’ skills, we provide technical assistance according to the standard service terms of the important manufacturers, as well as proactive on site technical assistance. The spare parts inventory is being continuously supplemented, according to your needs.


On-Bench/On-Site Support

According to the type of equipment you own, we offer either on-bench (at our headquarters), or on-site support (at your headquarters).


Support levels

Depending on the type of agreement, we provide different levels of support, based on the following parameters:

  1. Guaranteed response time;
  2. Guaranteed repair time.

Both parameters are correlated with the coverage period that the client wants, respectively with the distance between our service centres and the clients’ premises. Usually we use one of the next values: 4 hours; 8 hours; 12 hours; 24 hours; 48 hours; 5 days etc.

The above mentioned parameters may be combined so as to obtain the conditions you want within a service agreement.


You can benefit from the highest support level

We also provide support in all counties of Romania, through our network of partners, country wide. The highest level of support we can offer is:

Coverage period: 24 hours / day, 7 days / week;

Response time: 2 hours;

Repair time: 4 hours.
