Bramerton Investments SRL buys 70% of Q'NET INTERNATIONAL SA stocks

 

Bucharest, August 11th, 2011 -  Bramerton Investments SRL owned by Bramerton Investments Limited, a holding company with investments in the IT&C field, concluded an agreement for buying 70% of the share capital of Q'NET INTERNATIONAL SA, an important player on the Romanian IT market.

 

With 17 years on the Romanian IT market,  Q'NET INTERNATIONAL SA provides integrated IT services and solutions both to the private and public sectors.

A direct partner of the most powerful IT companies in the world, such as HP and Microsoft, Q'NET INTERNATIONAL SA is renowned for the management and implementation of complex hardware infrastructure solutions on national level, being a robust and respected player on the corporate business market.

As a result of this acquisition, Bramerton Investments intents to continue the company's development, by intensifying the organic growth efforts as well as through the possible acquisitions which might aim at consolidating the IT market in the region.

 

The company's development plans shall be implemented under the management of Marius Vladu, who successfully led the operations within Q'NET INTERNATIONAL SA and who shall keep his executive position after the changes on the company's stakeholders’ level.

To conclude this transaction, the buyer received assistance from Ernst & Young (financial advisory services) and Popovici, Niţu and Associates (legal advisory services) and the sellers were assisted by Genesis Capital, Osprey Partners (financial consultants) and Borza and Associates (legal advisory services).
